"I have been training with my family and I at underdog evolution since it was pretty much opened. This is a great family friendly gym that has you welcomed the moment you arrive. The staff and coaches are very friendly and helpful in what you are looking to get out of in your martial arts journey and support you in any way they can possible.If you are looking to signing up your kids don't hesitate your children will love the jiu jistu program. My 2 daughters have learnt life long skills and I have the confidence they will be able to defend them selfs in the future thanks to this great gym!"

"My middle child (10) attends BJJ three times a week. Ben is a great instructor - just the right mix of serious and entertaining for the younger kids. Our child is so excited to participate, and enjoys it much more than the local karate school he tried, which he described as "learning to punch the air" (no contact). All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities spotless. Altogether a great experience. And they even allow you to pause payments if you'll be away for a week - there's no financial pressure at all like so many gyms or similar. Big 👍 from me."
