adults classes

No matter what style you choose, our classes are designed to build fitness, strength, mobility and overall health.

Learn techniques that give you the skills and confidence to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Are you bored of reps, sets and treadmills? The most common feedback from students is they’re having so much fun on the mat that they forget they’re exercising.

We all lead busy lives - between work, social obligations and kids - learning martial arts is a truly mindful experience that offers you a break from the hustle of the day.

Many people start martial arts because they’re at a loss with their current exercise routine and nothing they try seems to stick. Real talk, when exercise feels like a chore it's easy to lose motivation.

Or you might feel vulnerable and unprepared for potentially dangerous situations. We get it, it’s scary to think about the possibility of feeling under threat without the knowledge or skills to protect yourself or your loved ones.
