No. Martial arts gets you in shape, no matter where you’re starting from. You’ll build endurance, strength, and flexibility naturally as you train.

No need to go out and purchase gear for your trial classes.

Feel free to come in activewear that doesn't have zips or pockets. Also, please bring a water bottle and towel.

Absolutely! Many students combine BJJ, Muay Thai, wrestling, and strength & conditioning to develop a well-rounded skill set.

We recommend 2-3 sessions per week to start. If you want to progress faster, train more often, but recovery is just as important as training.
